Before making the move cross country I served as Director + Owner of Gallery KH in the River North Gallery District of Chicago.  During this formative time in my career, I had the pleasure of developing relationships with many renowned artists of our time + enjoyed introducing hand picked, up-and-coming artists at the gallery's many exhibits.

Prior to Gallery KH, I served as Assistant Art Director at Mary Bell Galleries in Chicago where I learned the ins + outs of running a gallery from a respected 30 year veteran of the business.  Learning from one of the best early in my career gave me the foundation needed to grow my own gallery's business in a competitive market.

After finishing my undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas, I had the distinct honor of attending Sotheby's Institute of Art London where I was certified in Art + Business and Contemporary Art.  Spending time in London immersing myself in Sotheby's curriculum while also taking advantage of visiting Europe's vast art collections is a time I credit for taking my passion + appreciation of all things creative to a new level.
